Jeff Gordon was born on Aug. 4, 1971 in Vallejo, California. He is a member of Hendrick Motorsports and driver of the #24 Chevrolet that’s sponsored by DuPont. He made his Sprint Cup debut in the final race of the 1992 season Gordon recorded his first Sprint Cup victory in the series’ longest race, the Coca-Cola 600, in May 1994. In 1995, he claimed his first of four championships. Gordon won back-to-back titles in 1997-98 with 10 and 13 victories, respectively. In 1997, at age 25, he became the youngest winner of the Daytona 500. Gordon won his fourth championship in 2001 and finished second in 2007.
